Coronavirus and How It Affects Our Business: 
Be Aware that there is a delay on shipments. Orders are to be fulfilled by dates in which they were placed. Also be sure to read the “Item Description”. The shipping time is noted there for a reference. For starters you must factor in the shipping time that is noted. Orders placed before August 31st expect a 2 week delay.  Orders placed after” August 31st expect a week delay on your order. Take the Noted Time in the “Item Description” and then "ADD" the week day delay. Like any other time once an order has been shipped we will email you updated order status and a tracking number for your order. The Coronavirus has affected the world as a whole. We understand the inconvenience in which all of this may be. We Thank you for being patient and understanding during this challenging time.  

 

 


Q&A Can I get a refund on an order I’ve placed that is being affected by this shutdown.

Answer: Unfortunately we do not issue refunds for orders that has been affected by the shutdown. All custom made items are paid in advanced to our manufacturers before they are produced. When a government shutdown is in place there is nothing we can do to work around it. We all know it’s a major inconvenience for you the customer and for us as the business. We kindly ask for you be mindful and patient during this pandemic.


Q. How Long Does It Take My Order To Ship?

A.  In Stock Items ship in 2-3 business days.  Items that are Noted Custom made Allow 15 business days for that item to produced and then shipped to you.  Business Days are Monday-Friday.   Holidays are Excluded. 

Q. Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

A. We currently only offer exchanges and store credits but no refunds.  We recommend to follow the size chart to order the correct size.  In order to be eligible for an exchange or store credit we must be contacted within 10 days of receiving your order.  The merchandise must also be in the condition in which it was received ie; still in the plastic and with tags.  All items are Custom Made which means once you place an order the item then gets made.  When an item  is return for an for an exchange there is a 25% restocking fee (shipping cost not included).  You (the customer) is responsible for the reshipping cost.

 Q. Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?

A.  No we do not cancel orders after it has been placed.
